We charge a small $45 service charge to visit your property. If you choose Hanahan Plumbing Co to perform the quoted repairs, we waive the service charge.
Hanahan Plumbing Co provides and installs State (electric/gas) tank style and Navien natural gas tankless water heaters. In some cases we may install AO Smith, Ruud or Rinnai.
HPC does not install water heaters provided by the owner because we will only warranty materials that we provide. Hanahan Plumbing Co does not install or provide warranty service for equipment purchased from Lowes or Home Depot.
We get a lot of calls from homeowners wanting to know if we work with home warranty companies. The answer is no, we will not perform any work for a home warranty company nor will we provide them with diagnoses, price break downs or invoices.
Price only valid if unit is serviced each consecutive year following installation.
